Live Chat Concepts inc is a privately held web technologies firm developing highly scalable chat technologies for interacting during live events.
These technologies will be used to provide registered users a number of "destination websites" to interact with each other online in real time.
We will eventually cover a number of genres, the initial pre-funding proof of concept websites will all be sports related sites.
Our first beta site we launched in April 2009 was www.LiveBaseballChat.com which enables baseball fans a real time venue to chat during any of the 2432 MLB 2009 games.
Our second launch was www.LiveFootballChat.com which offered the same functionality for the NFL Football 2009/2010 season with enhanced Twitter and Facebook integration.
In February 2010 we launched www.LiveNascarChat.com and www.LiveF1chat.com
March 2010 will be a most interesting month, for the first time ever YouTube will be broadcasting live the every match in the IPL Cricket Tournament. This tournament is held annually in India and attracts the very best cricketers from around the world. This being the first time ever, that a major sporting series has been streamed live around the world for free online via YouTube adds to the excitement. We will be generating live chat sessions against all 60 matches on www.LiveCricketChat.com
We will be deploying an additional 8 other sports genre sites over the coming months as each new sporting season starts.
Post funding we will develop our primary genre (not publicly disclosed) which will quickly eclipse sports traffic. Whilst sports will continue to be a significant genre we expect it to make up less than 20% of our daily total traffic.
Revenue is a combination of advertising and branding opportunities however our primary income stream will come through real time B2B analytics information.
